Blueberry Zucchini Protein Smoothie
Serves: 1 smoothie
Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
• 1 cup zucchini chopped into small chunks and frozen
• 3/4 cup blueberries frozen
• 3/4 cup coconut milk, not canned
• 1 tbsp cashew butter
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 scoop of our OvB vanilla protein powder or GfW vanilla protein powder
• 1 Medjool date - OPTIONAL
Instructions
1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Add toppings of choice, and enjoy immediately!
