Breakfast in 5 minutes.
Breakfast is probably the most neglected meals of the day. Most people can’t find the time to eat a healthy breakfast that can give a kick of energy to their day. It is a well-known fact that eating a protein rich breakfast can have a tremendous impact on your day, especially on your energy level.
Good breakfast is one of the first habit I implement through my consultations. A proposition immediately received by the comment “I have no time”, especially when talking about cooking meat.
In only five minutes, you can have eggs or steak in your plate. Now, I’m not talking about a fancy bavette or a thick piece of T-bone steak. The trick is to be practical here. You obviously can’t eat anything that takes a while to prepare, so don’t expect to have a gourmet meal in the morning. Especially if you complain about your lack of time!
Put aside some leftovers. If you don’t want to reheat your meat in the morning, thin sliced fondue beef or pork can be cook very fast. There is also smoked salmon. If the fish is frozen, put it in the fridge the night before and it will be ready in the morning. Add some nuts, a cup of berries and your meal will be served in less than 5 minutes.
There is no magic trick, just the simple effort of getting up a little earlier to eat for your goals. It takes only a few sacrifices in order to get where you want to go.
