Coconut cheesecake ATP Protein Pancakes
- 1/2 scoop NzW Vanilla bean
- 1/4 cup oats
- 40 gr coconut flour
- 1/2 cup egg white
- 60 gr greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
Drop some coconut stevia or coconut essence (according to your taste)
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut flake
Topping Mix :
- 2 tbsp greek yogurt
- 1 tsp light creme cheese
- 1tbsp free sugar sirop
