Easy Protein-Packed Oatmeal
- Stir 1 scoop of Vanilla or Chocolate Supreme Beef Protein into plain oats (we like sprouted oats!)
- Stir until it is completely dissolved
- Then add fruit like berries, raw nuts or seeds such as brazil nuts, cinnamon to taste, and optional raw honey
